This is an invitation to participate in the workshop on Advancing Distributed Generation in Turkey
To be held on Monday 14 April 2008 from 9:30 to 15:15 at TEDAS General Directorate Ankara.
Integrating a renewable energy into the grid requires active management of generation units connected to the distribution grid: Distributed Generation. The DINEMO (Distribution Networks Modernization Incentives in Preaccession Countries) project aims to contribute to the reliable and economically effective integration of Distributed Generation (DG) to the grid. It is based on the transfer of the EU experiences using the joint efforts of the EU partners, the research community, and market players in the newest EU member countries Bulgaria and Romania as well as Turkey as an EU accession candidate. The projects goal is to contribute to the secure and economical integration of DG to the grids in these three countries.

Though participation is free of charge, registration is required in order to be admitted to the workshop and seats are limited. The language of the workshop will be Turkish.
